Three strands of Christmas lights for your settlements

Not much to say, this a simple mod. It just add`s three strands of Christmas lights to your workshop build menu, under Lights tab in the Power section. These were sorely missing from the game. You need the the first Wasteland workshop for this mod to work properly
UPDATE - So the snaps aren't working properly at the moment. So for the time being your probably gonna need Place Everywhere to position these where you'd like. I'll fix this and get a version up for ppl not running F4se.
