On our earliest days in the Commonwealth, we stumbled across a little settlement called Tenpines Bluff. With their support, we managed to establish an early trading system and expanded the Minutemens´territory further east. Whilst growing in numbers, the community of Tenpines kept on adapting to the needs of area and somehow prevented from specialising to much. Self-sustainability was and is one of their primary goals.

At the current state of the Minutemen network, Tenpines retreated from the active role as a trading community. Instead they decided to open one of the best diners of the whole Boston area in order to attract traders and more settlers - a well timed plan, that turned out to be successfull.
Beyond the friendly people and the high quality service offered, you may find the amount of scavenging a bit suspicious. You are correct, but no need to be worried. Secretly, Tenpines Bluff is our major northern weapon manufacturer. They cooperate with the Starlight Facility and receive a large portion of the required ressources from Outpost Zimonja.

All in all the Minutemens´ comeback in the Commonwealth is deeply connected with the reliability of the people living in Tenpines Bluff. Just as a good bottle of wine and a precious cigar, the General will never forget their loyalty.
