This is my player home and ammo/weapons factory at Starlight Drove-in Theater.  It's a rather large settlement with over 2600 items.  
The 3 main items of this settlement are the player home/bunker built atop and around the projection building. This home has a place to store all of your legendary items, unique weapons and clothing, and all your magazines and bobble-heads.
Second is the ammo/weapons plant complete with hoppers for all the 6 component types needed to make all the ammo.  A recycler to break down just into the components, and a heavy weapons plant along with several power armor plants.  
And 3rd is the 4 story power armor display for every type of power armor you can get.  It comes with 11 FREE POWER ARMOR FRAMES! 
Settlement also has 60+ in food, 100 in defense, and over 25 beds

Instructions for wiring ammo plant. I'll include a number of photos of the control board. I hope it's self explanatory. Wire F to F, C to C, O to O, ect. H=hot. The generators are on the second floor. A pass-through conduit sticks out of floor 1 and 2. this is the only exterior wire. Conduits run from the control board to each hopper. The wire to the hopper can pass through the floor to the conduit conductor. If you have any questions on getting the plant to work just ask.
