Awesome location, I especially love how it's been reworked into an island! I get a little giddy every time I go through each new location I install... it's like discovering a new area of Disneyland every time lol, look at allllll the new toys! 10 out of 10!
PS - Tested and confirmed working, thanks to the author of APC Transport it now has a patch to work with this mod and Greek's Murkwater Construction Site as well.
Nicely done mod. However, i notice that the three original settlers 'float' as they farm. Also, some of the original food resources, gourds, are floating invisibly as well.
I have the latest version.
Also, when I try to select the invisible floating gourds, in build mode, the game crashes. Any suggestions?
ill have to have a look at it... It depends on previsits and saved game... Not many have this issue... See if you can disable the plants from console...not the workshop...(save before )
I''ll try that, and while I know how to get in the console, I don't use it a lot. I thought disable only hides the target, and the gourds are already 'hid'.
the plants are sunk even though the settlers are in the air.....Try using the tcl command (no clip to go under ground and use disable there( if they are visible)
I downloaded it but when I loaded in and teleported to the place it was the same edit: nevermind it worked all I did is reinstall the mod 2nd edit: theres some settlers floating and some items too
hyaz boss.. I was just thinking.. in reality not too many fishing/marina type villages have cattle crammed into their corners... and they need range to wander.. big barnyards... and they're more popular throughout "Prairies" ... than on the coasts/shores.. ie., like at Finch across the river.. you would never see 3 cows loitering in the middle of nowhere's like that they'd be heading fer Meadows... Grazing lands...
So I'm going to disable all these ugly-pink things in my marina/pier/coast area mods... :)
BIG FAN of this Nordhagen mod that's why I mentioned it... because I will better be able to ratify/debug the floating gardener without the mutant cow :) (no I haven't upgraded this mod yet.. going to try some things on my own first :) ie., perhaps a Greenhouse where the Brahmin/floating carrot is?
This is an awesome mod! Thank you for your hard work!
The only issue in my game is that the settlers are farming in mid-air and not on the ground. Not a big deal as I won't be spending a lot of time there. Any idea why that would be the case?
Nothing seemed to fix it. Load order adjustment, disabling other mods that affect the cell, reverting to old saves. It's fine, I'll definitely use this mod on my next playthrough!
Currently I am using your "Spectacle Island Reborn" mod along with Skyline45's "Spectacle Island Compound" blueprint. Together they make an amazing Settlement that is my favorite place to be in all the Wasteland. I have spent days going over the build, tweaking and modifying it to my liking.
Unfortunately, enabling this mod *seems* to adversely affect Spectacle Island - probably due to my very dirty save files. I have installed and uninstalled many, many mods mid-game despite all of the best advice against doing so. (I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess.)
Anyway, your mods are great! Thanks for all your dedication and work on them! ;-)
Try this... I had a similar issue in my oberland mod with one save... When you see them farming midair... Go into workshop mode and look around that npc . If you see any Flora indications show up even if its invisible scrap it...
I found 12 tato plants like that in the above mentioned save and as soon as i scrapped them it never happened again... (for the last one that hes farming try re-assigning the settler to something else and go back and get that one too.
Really awesome mod, I really love it. But sadly it conflicts with Unique NPCs - Creatures and Monsters of the Commonwealth. The latter adds a new location just south of Nordhagen, which causes all sorts of wonky terrain.
well anything that edits a cell used by another mod...causes terrain resets... You could try reversing the load order..see if the result is more usable..
this is seriously awesome i have no idea where you got the bridge but man is that cool. the only problem is when i enabled your settlement some of the food plants were floating, but when i try to move them back to the ground the game crashes. any ideas?

Or does it hide it from the NPCs as well?
Thanks!
Still using it, and loving it! Thank you for your responses, and all your efforts!

It has been cleared of invisible crops and has new precombined data

Thanks! Endorsed.
Try moving the mod in the load order further down...
