    I dont have anywhere to post this for most to see...so im posting it here where its most visited.

    I would really love to thank all of those wonderful people that saw in their hearts to Donate to me.
    I want you all to know that you have done something outstanding and i will truely be grateful .
    Every penny i receive goes towards helping feed my family since i still cant get a steady and worthwhile job that pays even close to minimum especially now with the covid issue where everything here in Greece was shut down much sooner than most other countries leaving many without income.
    I hope one day i can pay it forward like many of you have done for me...

    small navmesh fix to one of the houses (little chunk missing in front of the gate )

    re-added the baby book (youre special) to the player home (on the table next to the crib)

    The mod looks great, and I really wanted to use it.  However, the xbox version needs updating to the newer version.  As others have reported, previs around Abernathy farm is destroyed, causing things to disappear when you look around.  Only happens when I go to Abernathy farm.  I'll try the no more disappearing act mod if it's on xbox and see if that helps.

    Still looking forward to Fort Samson redone- any ETA?

      a) if you have issues with Abernathy you probably have a mod with its own previs data and its conflicting with Sanctuary ...I cut this issue down with the latest release quite a bit ...Problem for you is that i no longer support or allow ports to console for various reasons....Lack of appreciation by console users is one of them...I see 100s of thousands of downloads and no one makes an effort to come to the mod page and say a simple thanks or endorse ....H3ll i wouldnt mind a donation from them once in a while either... Second ..The people that port my mods dont support them and i have users asking ME for help instead of the guys that uploaded the mods which is quite annoying (imagine that i dont even have a console to be able to test).....

    This is a beautiful mod, but I wanted to change things up a bit - delete a few buildings. I scrapped as much as I can, but there are some pieces that cannot be scrapped (like walls, for instance). I used "disable" command in console but that, apparently, disabled the walls in other buildings which I wanted to keep.
    I disabled and scrapped the entire house near the pier only to realize that now half of the buildings in Sanctuary are missing walls and stuff - items that I disabled via console, I guess, share the same ref id, so if it's disabled, it's disabled everywhere.

    Any way to get around this?

      statics like buildings are part of precombined object clusters....No  way around it...Its part of the optimization process..
      Also try the new version (link in top post) that is better with a working draw bridge..

    Love this mod! I am using the one ported over for xb1.

    I can't seem to find where the cellar went? could someone point me in the right direction?

    also any plans to port the new version of this mod so we can use it on xb? :)

    Hello first off thank you for this beautiful mod I'm going to be downloading it shortly, but I wanted to ask first before downloading it, will this still have the npcs inside the sanctuary or will they disappear after downloading it? I'm fairly new to mods so i just wanted to make sure in case id want to talk to any of them (npc) inside the sanctuary.

      a) welcome to modding...
      b) use the newer version (link above in first post)
      c) as  stated in description WE HAVE TO COMPLETE CERTAIN QUESTS BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD.
      Hence do the cosworth quest with the bugs etc... Then proceed to save Preston and the gang from the museum and when they are on their way to sanctuary SAVE AWAY FROM SANCTUARY  (like outside of the museum) and THEN install the mod...

      hello again I'm just having one issue finding where to put the mod. Could you tell me where to place it? if its inside data folder i did put it inside but nothing happened when I loaded the game I'm not sure if I missed a step any help would be appreciated

      Arent you using a Mod manager ?(if not i suggest you do)..
      Second ...The contents of the compressed file (zip/rar) go as they are into the Fallout4 /data  folder. (unzip into that destination)

    Hello! Love this mod! Sanctuary looks so mch better! But I was wondering how you assign settlers to the shops, the gun show and the bank, and to the guard towers? Maybe I'm stupid but I'm a bit confused.

      there are various  mods that use either mats/rugs or cash registers  with specific jobs

    Hello, I have a problem, I downloaded your mods, very very very beautiful ! However, there's a problem on my side! I see the yellow house (where the workshop is) visible from ABOVE the brick house! Is there any way to remove it please? Thanks :)

    So for anyone wondering why there are 11 beds but only 5 available, instead of deleting them and putting something else down.

    Build All The Beds

    this will fix it.
