Well due to popular demand i went and made a few changes to an old well known mod of mine... ( Sanctuary lives again )
One thing that was asked of me was to add the popular draw bridge to a location mod many are already using.
Also note: The reason that this is being uploaded as separate mod is because some people may still want the old version as is.
Well it wasnt easy since this location had plenty of stuff that had to be moved or changed to accommodate the monster of a bridge.
Now since i was working on this place i thought i may as well make it a bit nicer and fix any issues which im afraid were quite a few . ( dont forget this was my first big location mod back when i started to mod and had made mistakes ).
Some of the changes were to a few buildings in the form of re-textures,re-modeled interiors ,gen and water etc.
I also added a few things besides the big a$ bridge... like a few more jobs and those are :
Several guard markers on the towers and a few key points.
Assignable registers in the bar and tavern
A new cool looking Scavenging station (credit to PEPPERMAN35 ) His profile here
Also fixed some previous jobs to work correctly like the fish inspector and butcher
Plus some more farming resources...
Beacon and power also added on top of Rosa's house
Also with the generator changes i also added a wireless power transmitter for your workshop lights and gadgets..(its the pylon next to the gen)

Major fixes were done to the navmesh that for some reason (probably while doing an update)...was cut in several areas or wasnt finalized properly to connect the cells.
Ofc all precombined geometry and previs is done from scratch but the fps gain i was hoping for wasnt as big (maybe a 15-20% gain in frames).
Note the workshop and root cellar are now scripted to move to their new locations but you will only see this change on a fresh game.
Technical issues :
Not really any aside from a few scrappables that i discovered after i had generated previs etc. (its just a couple of chairs and a few tires)....
AS IS WITH THE ORIGINAL MOD SAME APPLIES TO THIS VERSION...
YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE START QUESTS BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD .
FROM THE COSWORTH QUEST UP TO BRINGING THE PRESTON GANG TO SANCTUARY .
THEN FAST TRAVEL AWAY AND SAVE .
DO NOT INSTALL WHILE IN THE LOCATION OR ANYWHERE IN VIEW OF IT.
Recommendations:
A clean save is preferred but it should work with previous saves and thats why i left the plugin name as it was...
Just save away from there before swapping the files ( and i do mean FILES not just the esp ).
Also "longer power lines " is a much recommended mod and "remove turret power requirement" (this is a must because i placed many turrets as well )
Place this mod AFTER any mod that edits the same area and especially mods with precombined data like PRP and the unofficial patch...
