I tried this mod but its incompatable with Sim Settlements 2 - VT HQ wouldnt let me change maps.  So I ununstalled the mod and the third rail deleted its entry.

I used player.moveto 00022688 to teleport to Whitechapple Charlie.

    Very disappointing mod.

    My recommendation:
Make a copy of your character. Let him build everything - then use e.g.
    Transfer Settlements
    or
    Clipboard Resurrection

so only little can go wrong - and let your game character absolutely WITHOUT building mods.

    Have fun all of you....

    Big thanks for the mod...

So how do I get the original Third Rail interior back?

I completed the quest, but when I return to Goodneighbor, the Third Rail is not there!

I initially deleted the mod, but reinstalled and played thru again. The mod finishes, but doesn’t revert the Third Rail to pre mod status!

Update: So deleting the mod and installing an earlier save does work, but why screw with everything in The Third Rail? Why not just add the ghoul, but leave everything else in place? Anyways, working again.

Moral of the story, ALWAYS back up a save before installing mods. Just don’t go too many days ahead before realizing a mod has screwed with your game. Doh!

Other than that, actually enjoyed the mod.

A lot of fun and no problems or bugs whatsoever, even with me running a mountain of mods.

That said, it was spoilt a bit by the bizarrely abrupt ending. Not getting that at all.

Still, well worth a run through and an endorsement (for what it's worth, 5 years after release :p).

One of my favourite songs playing on the radio in the third rail!

    More please.
The ending is a bit sudden and gives the feeling of "that's it?"
The never ending zombie is cool. I play it with Zombie Walker, so it was kind of fun and stress free.

Interesting mod but... it has many issues I've noticed (at least when I was playing).

When I want to Goodneighbour to head into Third Rail, things started either flying around a bit or certain things were being placed in locations they should be.

After that and when I got into the hidden room under the Vault-Tec HQ, I noticed a ton of food, junk, and scrap on the floor kept popping up over and over. It wasn't until I got near Vault 102 that I've realized that whenever either a new objective pops up or I loaded into a new area... the game was forcing my character to drop a lot of my stuff I had on me on the floor. This happened when I got into the subway, into the room to get the code, then when I got the code and went back into the room to purge the station (also died once in this as I didn't know I had to stay in the room), then when I was on the train it placed a ton on the ground again, when the train stopped more of my stuff dropped off me, then again when I was in the room with the 6 Garys, and finally in that room at the very end where you can play I guess waves of Ghouls and Garys if you wanted. It just kept dropping my things and that's weird and also not good. Also, if it wasn't dropping my things, it was duplicating them which... isn't normal I don't think.

Would like to state as well when I got to the point to "Get to the train", the front of the train was not there. It was completely missing. I had to restart the subway part for it to show up.

At the end, I tried out the Ghoul and Gary simulations. The ghoul one was alright, but I have to say the Gary one is broken.
I went into it and picked 9 Garys and cleaned them out. When I did and loaded back into the area I got exp to level up and halfway to my next level. I would assume if I went in there again I would've leveled yet again... then another time I would level again... and so on and so on. I'm in the 11X levels when I played it. I think 116 or 117.

It was a fun/decent mod/story and I did like the idea behind it. Also liked how you tried to make it look like the train was moving. Nice touch there.
But, I think a few things needs to be fixed as I don't get why I was having some of these issues while playing through it. Also noticed in the bugs that it mention that like the front of the train missing, I could possibly lose Third Rail if I ever planned to remove the mod down the line if I'm not careful which just made me go back to a previous save before playing before uninstalling the mod as I really didn't want to have to deal with that issue.

Sweet, I've been looking for something with Gary (or his Commonwealth equivalent, "Garry," I guess). I'm gonna try either Intimidate on one of the clones or just zap 'em with the Synth Workshop mod's gun to record their features. Then I can make a whole settlement of peaceful Gary clones and finally redeem Vault 108 from its tragic end! Mwahahahahahaaaarrrryyyy!

    *ahem* Oops, pardon me. :o

Fun indeed That Garry is creepy, but kind of a cheat in test room, it has the same level as the player and pretty easy to kill, so you can gain multiple levels after a single run.
