   There's a power armor texture that has it's own frame, is it possible to apply a texture to this frame without affecting all others?

      From what I'm reading, no. It only hand-places a new renamed frame but doesn't use a different model. Hypothetically speaking you could separate it from the others if you made it use its own model but that requires a lot of extra work.
