The floaty and fiddle item placement may be because the floor needs actor values added to it - I'm totally blanking on which ones, but if you can't find them I'll let you know what they are when I get home from work if they don't have the actor values Edit: this tutorial lists them in one of the steps: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14918/?
