Could this mod be the cause of my npcs falling through the floor when assigned to a station? I'm using Northland diggers resource stations. My settler is falling through the my vault floor all the way to the default terrain when he starts the animation at his station. Otherwise he can walk just fine on the built floor.
I think ludvig mentioned it was a problem with ND and he recommended picking up and moving the resource station. That would fix it at least for awhile. I had that issue long before I discovered this mod.
I tried multiple times, moving the station. I also covered the floor with carpets etc. I also tried stacking foundations beneath the station but unfortunately npc still falls through as soon as locked in the station animation. Such a shame this is the situation. I installed this for the Orphans mod. I'll try disabling it and see if my children grow in school desks... UPDATE: Hmm I disabled the mod but the npc still falls through.
Few buildings or prefabs can fix this it is in the Animations... it is the same for me with BARBER chairs and that EYEXAM chair... the stationis have to be EITHER flat on the ground or an inch OVER it so make sure to PLAN your building to clip the floor where they will stand so that it is an inch over the actual ground :)
I never tried the original Diggers... but the just released Nothland Diggers LITE mod in his newest version 1.3 appears to alleviate some of this, although in v 1.1 it was extremely prominent... ie., the tax man... you will not SEE his chair until AFTER that stationed has been assigned... at that momentm if the chaiir you see is clipping DOWN into the foundations or through the floor either you have to lower the foundation or building or find another place
Universal Actor Scale Remover is just crucial. Allow me to channel James for purposes of discussing Bethesda's programming team; "What were they thinking?" (Personally I suspect that they were testing then left the thing in by mistake and shipped anyway!)
Until the fix becomes a part of the Unofficial Patch, I'll just say that this is absolutely brilliant to fix into an esl file. Unless you want a size-shifting Austin Engil that is!
Thank you for mod effort. No expert or even vet modder here, but AFAIK, if this mod is only editing the single ObjectID line, then no reason for it to be .ESP and in fact xEDIT says it is suitable for ESL flagging, though note, the xEDIT check is not infallible. See How to convert ESPs into ESLs using xEdit for a step-by-step guide, very simple.
NPC scaling is there for a reason (probably to save time of making custom animations for every NPC). With this mod you can see a lot of clipping through chairs, tables, counters, etc.

The plugin currently lacks 1 + 1 = 2 entries, which the game engine might not like (even if their ObjectID seems innocuous at first glance).
The ESP could also be flagged as ESL thanks to this xEDIT script, to save a load order slot.
Thank you for creating this mod, extremely useful to anyone who enjoys mods like Orphans of the CommonWealth.
