    Release Notes 1.0.8.2

    - Added Scripted support for NAC-X. Thanks to l3lessed for the change.

    - NEW Destructible gas mask system.

    With this option, gas masks will degrade as the player takes damage. A repair kit can be used outside of combat to repair gas masks.
    You can store repair charges (up to 3) by crafting them in the repair kit or spend components to restore the condition of your mask.
    - Limitations: You may only have 1 instance of each mask (for technical reasons).

    Example: You cant have two M1A211 gas masks. If you have a armor mod on a mask, they will be considered different masks and have their own condition.

    - NEW Gas Mask Vignette Overlay: Gas Mask Visor (see gallery for reference)
    - NEW Added a tutorial for assigning a Gas Mask Vignette (Visor, Lens, One Eye, etc...) to the Destructible Gas Mask System.
    - NEW Added a Standalone optional download for the M1A211 Gas Mask.
    - NEW Added a crafting recipe for the M1A211 Gas Mask.
    - NEW Added the M17 (from Metro Gas Masks) to the leveled lists, it will now appear on NPCs.

    Hello friends of the 2287 page, I have something that may interest you in making your game more stable and compatible. I have released a project known as Universal Patch Installer and I have provided Fallout 2287: Gas Masks of the Wasteland patches available there for those who are in need of AWKCR, VIS-G Item Sorting or any other patch. We take requests for those who want a patch between specific mods and we can even do patches for armor mods that add new gas masks or helmets that are like gas masks so they can operate with Fallout 2287: Gas Masks of the Wasteland.     If the gas mask HUD is saying VALUE while using Transfer settlements but you don’t want to uninstall Transfer Settlements mid save due to the
    invisible pip boy issue when uninstalling it a simple fix I have found is to
    just go into Data\Interface and remove the TS_ProgressBar.swf file and the HUD should
    now work.

    For some reason when I load a game, the first time I put on a gas mask the hud widget icon is visible, but as soon as I take it off, if I put it back on, the icon no longer appears unless I load the game or sleep in a bed.

    I had only this mod and hud frame work installed and this mod was broken as fk. Gas masks give character bald head, the data base doesn't show up and the activate mod also doesn't work.

    Guy's, coming back to FO4 after a break, obviously this is a must have mod.

    I seem to remember the option to make Gas Masks not included in the mod work with it by putting them in a special box or something then taking them out again, but i dont have this box equipped and i don't read anything about it in the Notes.

    Tell me im not losing my head??

    Apologies, but I get a weird glitch where the overlay for power armor is visible in third person. Don't know how to fix that at all

    do we know if this mod works on NG, and if it does, does it work with seasons change, true storms and vivid weathers?

      Doesn't seem to work for me on NG / and or with MAIM

      and worse it seems to corrupt your save with breathing mask sounds and air quality damage even after you deactive and remove the mod. Had to reload a save from some hours earlier and lost a lot of build progress in workshop :/

      Too bad, I really wanted to use this mod!

      It works perfectly fine for me, I'm playing on NG and there's patches for different weather mods, 600+ mods and I haven't had a single issue with anything.

      Update: After testing I found that the "air quality damage" issue was actually coming from the Advance Needs mods. However, the breathing issue and lack of functional hud (displaying "value" instead of working filters) remains on MAIM playthroughs

    I have option on that makes NPC's put on a gasmask only when there is a radioactive weather going on.

    Problem is they put on their gasmasks normally but after radstorm passes NPC's doesnt put their face apparel back on.

    Rad storms just kill me in a few seconds, even with mask on.
