All of my mods are personal mods that I decide to share. This means that everything is the final version aesthetic wise, and no changes will be made as I do not spend time making mods that I do not use in my own games. If you don't like the colours or whatever, don't download it. You are welcome to edit any of my mods for your own personal use, but I do not take requests and I will NOT keep taking passive aggressive comments about how you'd 'download my work if I made x changes' or 'I should do x'. I am doing all of this in my free time (which isn't much - I have a job, a boyfriend, and I'm starting nursing school in August), and sharing it for free, so if you don't like it, close out of this tab and use a Google search to find something you do like. I am not responsible for catering to the entire modding community - most who seem to act like they are entitled to a personalised modding experience from every person that uploads something. Comments will no longer be enabled on my mods. If you'd like to PM me about permission requests, please go ahead, however.
I was looking for a nice and small settlement I could build a big house in to have all my companions instead of having them scattered in different settlements. I was going to use this mod for that, but I don't want to share this beautiful area with anyone
Oh god, yes! Finally a place near the sea where you can build a decent home. Without trash and oder Raiders. The place looks beautiful. By the way you don't happen to have a house mod ready for that place? Just asking because I suck at making homes and too lazy to learn how to.
A sign your mod is perfectly integrated into the game is the fact that, fifteen seconds after arriving at the Salem Coastal Island, I bumped into that eye-bot with its advertisement to seek employment at Cambridge Polymer Labs
Had a hole in my plug-ins list, left behind by using an AIO for other mods, so, couldn't resist activating your .esp. Will add some screens of my endeavours at the spot, later
*EDIT*
Saw you got grumpy over Coastal Cottage... here's a link to a PhotoBucket slideshow of eleven screens I took just now of the place I've started to adapt to my taste: http://smg.photobucket.com/user/JimmyJump/slideshow/Nexus/FallOut%204?sort=9
For some reason my video is having a difficult time showing atleast on my pc in the video share. I help Im able to help spread the word anyways! Here was the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xR4_xJor0E
What about the size of what we can construct ? How many vertexes and triangles ? (console commands "getav 349" and "getav 34b" when selecting the workbench with the console opened)
Hey there! I'm on mobile at the moment, but I know I compared it to Sanctuary's stats in the workbench script and made both of those things at quite a high number so you should have no problem building a tonne of stuff
Actually, those values are so large that I don't bother to verify ^^. Thanks for this little place .
I'm currently on a building of my house, I'll take some screens once finished. Mods used, mainly SMH (0.05), Homewares (yes :p), SOE pack, Homemaker, Modular kitchen, and some little mods around that.
Stone road ? Do you mean the path tiles ?? They are in homemaker landscaping. Unless you mean the rocks that i sink into the ground creating a walkway.
The green landscape is from several mods like Fallout 4 seasons (spring), Grasslands, tookie's textures grass and plants
and the really really green one i use sometimes is this http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7833/?
Not playing FO4 currently but I will definitely be adding this when I start playing again. Perfect flat ground for building, nice scenery and solitary. Looks great!

Btw which water mods gives that effect? Clean and blue :O I'm using the Tropical from Clean Water of Commonwealth, but it looks like dark blue for me.
I'm using just the 'clear' version, the tropical version was a little too cyan for me! I'm using WET textures as well
Unfortunately not - I've only done test builds and made random rooms etc on it just to test that the build area works!

That's so cool that you got the eye bot, I love that little thing
That looks so cool what you've done - it's honestly the worst place to build which sucks because it has so much potential!

I uploaded some pics (youre gonna hate me for the bridge...:p )
Still wish it was a settlement though . A nice fishing community .

And it is far more beautiful than I expected!
Thank you!
