    PLACED OBJECTS IN WORLDSPACE (you're putting these in your intended settlement, and note that other then the OutOfSight marker, everything else is best placed within a single cell to cut down on issues):

  • Fallout TV Show (Season 1) Review

    I have watched Fallout TV show and I give it a high 7/10. The visuals are very nice and it made me laugh to see the Clothing stand and wooden shack from settlement building.

    Lucy and The Ghoul are compelling characters, both very well acted. Yes, when you think about some things later on they do seem a bit silly in hindsight, but overall it is quite a gripping experience.

    I'm not one to talk about Fallout lore in depth but I think anyone who enjoys Fallout 4 will have a good time watching but can't speak for those whom other games in the Fallout series are their favorite. However, the show seems to be a general crowd-pleaser, which is fine with me.

    I definitely want to own a 10mm pistol or fusion core prop for myself!

  • Settlemods Changelog

    The following changes have been made to these mods recently:

    01 Natick Power Plant
    - Removed "No pre vis" setting
    - Added Mass Realty deed on workbench
    - Removed floating wall piece near East pond
    - Improved East pond terrain + updated navmesh
    - Improved West pond terrain + updated navmesh
    - Extended West edge of boundary to scrap cars
    - Decreased North and South edges slightly

    02 Fiddlers Green
    - Removed "No pre vis" setting
    - Added Mass Realty deed on workbench
    - Fixed Fast Travel mat issue
    - Decreased build area size slightly

    03 Evans Way
    - Put back some rubble near door & updated navmesh
    - Removed "No pre vis" setting
    - Added Mass Realty deed on workbench

    ABOUT THESE MODS

    Mass Realty sees a new round of testing & general improvements made to
    each settlement that was featured in the previous "Settlemods Collection"
    and will soon include several new additions.

    At this time, there is no merged "all in one" mod, however you can still
    download the slightly older "Settlemods Collection All In One" from the
    Old Files section on Nexus. It still holds up today, has been enjoyed by
    many but is currently defunct.

    Most players will probably find one or two settlements compliment their
    run/provisioner network, making the older "All In One" somewhat overkill.
