ABOUT THESE MODS
================
Mass Realty sees a new round of testing & general improvements made to
each settlement that was featured in the previous "Settlemods Collection"
and will soon include several new additions.

At this time, there is no merged "all in one" mod, however you can still
download the slightly older "Settlemods Collection All In One" from the
Old Files section on Nexus. It still holds up today, has been enjoyed by
many but is currently defunct.

Most players will probably find one or two settlements compliment their
run/provisioner network, making the older "All In One" somewhat overkill.
Regardless, if your load order can handle it then simply install them all :)

INSTALL & ACTIVATION
====================
It is typical to place settlements at the end of your load order, or in
lower priority positions. Once installed, a new workbench will be waiting
for you at the location!

A couple of notes about potential issues. First is the "0% happiness bug".
Sometimes, when you activate one of the workbenches for the first time, you
may see "0% happiness". This means it has not activated properly.

Therefore, it is recommended that you save your game before installing a
settlement and should you see this error, simply jump back to that save
game (that existed before you installed this settlement) and try again.

DE-ACTIVATION
=============
Further - removing a settlement mid-game is not recommended. It may make
all your settlement numbers go crazy. Therefore, I suggest you simply
"decomission" the site and leave the mod installed for that run.

The following settlements are not currently included, Easy City Downs,
Westing Park, Rad-B-Gone Island, Windsor Farm. They can still be downloaded
from Misc Files on Nexus and will re-appear in official capacity soon!

The Mass Realty zip will be updated over time to include more settlements.
