01 Natick Power Plant
- Removed "No pre vis" setting

- Removed floating wall piece near East pond

- Attack / out of sight markers moved for better attacks
- Settler spawn marker moved to more logical entry points
- Cell names improved to follow vanilla naming conventions
- Cells checked for Pre-Vis and Hand-Changed flags (to reduce occlusion issues)
- Settlements are tested over a full-run to ensure good working condition
