It does with me. It causes massive stutter when loading cells with NPCs in. It's a fantastic mod but I'll have to do without it for the time being unfortunately :(
A neat trick that you can do with this mod if you combine it with RenameAnything is creating truly unique raiders. Let's say you use looksmenu to change a raider from this mod; now every raider that spawn using that template will look like your new raider.
But if you take your new raider and rename them to something unique ("Bob the Raider") then only that one raider will be changed when you hit them with the looksmenu. Doing this means that you can have every raider look different if you want to, beyond even the massive variety increase already in this mod.
Do you run Buffout 4? I"m testing this mod to for a correlation to nVida driver nvwgf2umx.dll error . Anyone experiencing crashes should install Buffout 4. Then install the BO4 Crash Log Auoto-scanner and see if they are getting the nvwgf2umx.dll error. I currently have this mod disabled and the game is running fine on the latest drivers for the first time in over a year. I've been running really old drivers otherwise.
How could I miss that? So tired from the same faces. Great thanks to you, talented person. Seems like there are not many realistic looking NPCs mods. Happy to find one.

Most likely this will slow your PC when loading NPCs.
Leveled lists are too long. Should be an easy fix.
Mod gave great variety
Very compatible, non intrusive
No skin matching issues
Get a decent PC with a typewriter, Tetris will stutter too
I have generated precalculated FaceGen data for this mod, which can be found here.
