Super cool mod! but would love to actually have companions and settlers here. I was gonna turn it into a jazz club but I can't actually have anyone in here,
This is very nice, especially the larger rooms version. The mod needs cleaning, though. One UDR and a bunch of ITMs, and several unneeded edits to Home Plate.

A suggestion however : I like to collect every power armor and it takes an awfull lot of space to store them all. So what about extending the buildable area with some scrappable wall / rocks around the basement that could be removed to make some new room (basically so the player could actually dig and expand the house himself.
I know this can be donc with the basement mod, but it makes another cell. I would like to have my home in just one cell.
Love the look and location of it but my issue is with power distribution. Happy to put in a fusion reactor from the DLC but no one place to hook it up and a room of generators was just an ugly idea to try.
