Before Installation

Just scrap everything in the settlement and Transfer Settlement.


After Installation

Use Workshop Workbench Marker or any mod you may have that moves the Workshop Workbench to move the Workbench to wherever it looks best.

If the pool doesn't have water in it simply place the water panes yourself in workshop mode.
If the electricity doesn't work scrap the generator and place another one in it's place. The generator is located behind the diner.
