Description - A residential that's heavy on the baseball paraphernalia. My own private tribute to the baseball furies of the film The Warriors. 

I'll Be Home for Xmas - Single Settler

Description - A holiday themed plot with a cozy fireplace for escaping the cold of winter. 

Modern Life Is Rubbish - Multiple Settler

UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Build a furniture store in any settlement. 
Description - A modern apartment building for those settlers that want creature comforts and don't mind a four floor walkup. Gets very tall (four floors at final level) and is slightly oversized in the front. Utilizes Dynamic Decor for a randomized and unique experience. 
Provides Homes for 2-6 settlers depending on the level.

Them Changes - Single Settler
Size - Int
Description - A plot that shows a settler's evolution from scav to sophisticate as they slowly build up enough caps and do enough scavenging to get much better stuff for their home. Utilizes Dynamic Decor for a randomized and unique experience.

Old World Diner - Custom Vendor

Description - Provides a variety of unique tea and other items from this mod that provide unique benefits for survival mode. Buying the tea blends here for less weight enables you to craft them on the go using purified water for quenching thirsts and other stat boosts. 

Winter Wonderland - Bar

Mod Synergy - Fallout Instrument Pack. At level 3, this bar(n) will be sporting a fancy piano. 
Mod Synergy - CREAtive Clutter. At all levels, this plot will have new spawns, including a rustic woodstove for cold settlers to warm their hands at. 
Description - A bar set in a barn that has way too many holiday decorations. Like, seriously, way too many. I once went to Jake and Snake's Christmas Bar in New Orleans, and that is loosely the inspiration for this plot. I also don't remember Jake and Snake's very well, because I was in New Orleans and thus not sober. 
Gives 2 settlers jobs for extra caps. 

Even Better Than The Real Thing

Size - 3x3
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Obtain Vim Recipes from Far Harbor OR Complete Quest "World of Refreshment" 
Description - A soda/pop factory that will produce Vim, Nuka Cola, and their variants and mixes. Consumes glass, steel, rubber, acid, and, of course, caps. Recipes and variety available increase with level. Obtaining the Project Cobalt schematics will unlock even more potential products based on Nuka Cola Quantum. 
Gives 2 settlers jobs - amount produced will increase with 2 settlers. 

Industrial Plots

Donuts - Production
Size - 3x3
Dependency Required - Creation Club - Slocum Joe's Workshop Pack
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Complete quest in Slocum Joe's Workshop Pack
Bonuses/Penalties - Applies slight (-1 per level) penalty to food and water for the settlement because making junk food is wasteful. Offsets that with a small bonus to settlement happiness because, hey, junk food is awesome. 
Description - A donut factory that grows in size and complexity as it increases levels. Contains donut fryers as it develops, allowing ready access to them before completion of the Creation Club quest outside of Slocum Joe's areas if you need them. 
Resources Consumed: Oil (Organic Material) to fry all of those donuts
Resources Produced: Donuts and Coffee for sale at settlement bars. Starts with basic donuts such as the glazed and powdered at level 1 and continues with more and rarer donuts as the plot increases to level 3. Alcoholic coffee drinks are also added to Settlements bars at level 3
Gives jobs to 2 settlers - both settlers needed to produce coffee, will only produce donuts if one settler is present

Down in Moonshine Holler - Production
Size - 1x1
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Help Travis, complete Confidence Man
Bonuses/Penalties - Applies flat -1 penalty to food and water to the settlement because making liquor is a wasteful use of settlement resources. Applies a small bump in happiness because who doesn't love a well-stocked bar? 
Description - To thank you for your help, the Bobrov Brothers have given you some tips to produce their famous moonshine. With the appropriate licensing fees, of course. Plot evolves to provide more sophisticated alcohol beverages at each level. 
Resources Consumed: Oil (Organic Material) to fuel the still and Glass (Building Material) to bottle the results
Resources Produced: Moonshine at all levels, Tato Vodka at level 2 and 3, Slog Vermouth at level 3 plus a few mixed drinks for Bars

Who Shot Ya? - Production
Size - 2x2
Bonuses/Penalties - Provides defense bonus to the settlement, also produces a small amount of unhappiness. 
Description - Gunsmithing workshop that produces more and more complex guns for your settlement weapon stores. See additional article for details. 
Resources Consumed: Steel, Wood, Aluminum, Glass (Building Materials), Adhesive (Organic Materials), Screws, Gears, Circuits, Plastic (Machine Parts), Nuclear Material, Fiber Optics (Rare Materials)
Resources Produced: Guns that increase in complexity as it increases in level, from the humble hunting rifle and double barrel shotgun at Level 1 to the Gatling Laser and Plasma Gun at Level 3. 


Yagisan Industries - Building Materials
Size - 3x3
Description - Building Materials industrial, starts off basic and grows to three stories tall. Developed based on a design by expert city planner Yagisan. This will churn out lots of building materials to support tons of other settlements at its highest level and if fully staffed at the up to five settlers it can handle. 
Resources Produced: Building materials. Lots of building materials. 
Gives jobs to 2-5 settlers depending on level



Agricultural Plots

Beans for Breakfast - Basic
Size - 2x2 
Creation Club Synergy - Slocum Joe's Workshop - Coffee Brewing Machine appears at Level 3. Coffee tins are also produced as a resource from the plot, so brew up and go!
Mod Synergy - Wasteland Venturers (SS2) - Coffee machine appears at Level 2. All you need is silt beans and water to brew up some black coffee and keep yourself caffeinated. 
Description - Silt Bean farm. I originally dubbed this plot The Musical Fruit for obvious reasons. Get more silt beans than you ever dreamed possible, for many purposes. 
Resources Produced: Silt beans and coffee tinsfor settlement general stores. 

Yardbird Suite - Advanced

Size - Interior
Description - Chickens, and eggs! And not much else. An interior plot that spawns chickens that will roam your settlement free-range style. 
Resources Produced: Chicken Eggs. More and more of them as it advances in levels. Can be made into a variety of recipes included in this mod, and will be made available for sale at settlement general stores. 

Fever - Advanced
Size - 3x3
Description - Agricultural plot that almost entirely flowers. The blend of flowers it produces are good for manufacturing chems or in the tea recipes included in this mod. 
Resources Produced: Fever blossoms, hubflowers, bloodleaf, and black bloodleaf for settlement general stores. 
Gives jobs to 2 settlers for extra food production. 

Screaming Trees - Advanced
Size - 3x3
Mod Synergy - Working Beehives. At level 3, a feral beehive will appear in the hudges surrounding the plot. Get that honey! 
Description - A Far Harbor-themed wilderness plot that features trees, a hedge wall, and some Far Harbor flora and resources. Can be used to make tea recipes and other food recipes. 
Resources Produced: An increasing amount of sap per level, and as it advances some blight, and asters for sale at settlement general stores. At Level 3, produces Screaming Trees Gin, a unique alcohol for sale at settlement bars. 
Gives jobs to 2 settlers for extra food production. 

Where the Brahmiluff Roam - Advanced
Size - 3x3
Description - A ranch/dairy that spawns Brahmiluff for the settlement in a fenced in area. Produces cream that can be used in recipes and cheese. 
Resources Produced: Brahmiluff cream and brahmiluff cheese, available for sale at settlement general stores. 
Gives jobs to 2 settlers for extra food production. 

THOSE! - Advanced
Size - 3x3
Description - A giant metal steel cage around an underground ant farm. Produces ant meat, steaks, and fricasse as food items for settlement bars as it advances in level. At level 3, produces Ant Queen Pheromones for settlement clinics as a chem.  
Gives jobs to 2 settlers for extra food production. 

Veta's Crickets - Advanced
Size - 3x3
Description - Named for the greatest cricket slayer in all of Appalachia and the Commonwealth, a giant metal steel cage around a small cave entrance turned into a cave cricket farm. Produces cricket meat, steaks, and Veta's Cricket Supreme for settlement bars as it advances in level. 
Gives jobs to 2 settlers for extra food production. 

Birdland - Advanced
Size - 3x3
Description - A giant barn full of rad chicken coops. Produces rad chicken eggs, omelettes, egg salad, and chicken noddle soup for settlement bars as it advances in level. 
Gives jobs to 2 settlers for extra food production. 

Recreational 

One More Cup of Coffee - Endurance Training
Size - Interior
Dependency Required - Creation Club - Slocum Joe's Workshop Pack
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Complete quest in Slocum Joe's Workshop Pack 
Description - A small Slocum Joe's themed lounge with magazines, coffee, and donuts for your settlers. Spawns Slocum Joe's Coffee Machine at higher levels. 
Trains 2-4 settlers depending on the level. 

All Mixed Up - Intelligence Training
Size - 1x1
Description - Fix up and old nuka cola mixer and then see what wild flavor combinations you can produce! So many possibilities. Only trains 1-2 settlers. 

Silent Night - Relaxation

Description - Contemplate the hardships you've faced in the past year, warm yourself by the fire, and get ready for the next one. 

Body Movin' - Agility Training
Size - 3x3
Description - A challenging, bruising, and painful obstacle course for your settlers to develop quick feet, or else. 
Trains 3-5 settlers depending on the level. 


Martial

Intergalactic Planetary - High Tech
Size - 2x2
Mod Synergy - Settlement Radar Station - Radar Station Appears on top of the "UFO" at Level 3.
Description - Salvaged bits of Nuka Galaxy, including Animatronic Aliens, have been recovered to guard and protect your settlement. You're going to need a very agile settler with fast reflexes to work all of its complicated controls though. 

Rock Lobster - Advanced
Size - 2x2
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Complete World of Refreshment from Nuka World, because where else are you going to get nukalurk eggs?
Description - Spawns a nukalurk, a nukalurk hunter, and a nukalurk king progressively as it advances to defend the settlement. These defenders are fearsome, but not easy to get. Also, recommended to use on ground level. Makes an excellent choke point in fences as attackers will have a hard time getting through. 

Robot Parade - Advanced
Size - 2x2
Description - A robotics expert who also enjoys volatile chemicals will find themselves right at home in this plot. Spawns first an Nuka World eyebot, and then two Nuka World Mr. Frothies to defend the settlement with damaging, radioactive mist. 

Ghoulrillaz - Advanced
Size - 2x2
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Make peace with Cito and his family in Safari Adventure, and the Ghoulrillas will be ready to help out. 
Description - An animal cage from Nuka World's Safari Adventure repurposed into a miniature gauntlet, with ever more ghoulrillaz added to serve as guards. Another great martial to use as a chokepoint in a fence as attackers will have a hard time getting through and fighting the ghoulrillaz. 

Miscellaneous Debris - Basic
Size - Interior
Description - A place where all the junk found after a fight can be piled up and sorted, but in a compact space. Works very nicely in interior settlements or in outposts where space is a premium.

Atomic Tan - Advanced

Size - Interior
UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS - Help out the Brotherhood and complete Fire Support. Because after the laser fight at Arcjet, you'll have more than enough energy weapon parts scavenged to build a proper armory. 
Description - An energy-weapon based armory with some Children of Atom themes. Another great martial to boost your conqueror outpost that fits in a much smaller area. 

Municipal

WTF - A Wasteland Boxcast - Communications Station
Size - 1x1
Mod Synergy - At level 3, a settlement radar station will spawn on the roof if you have Settlement Radio Stations installed. 
Description - Small cargo container that starts with a ham radio and turns into a high tech communications center for everyone to share what's going on with them lately. Uses some features of Dynamic Decor. 

Danger! High Voltage - Power Transfer
Size - 1x1
Description - A power transformer that gets more elaborate over time and supports power to your settlement. 

Live and Let Die - Cemetery
Size - 2x2 (slightly oversized)
Description - A humble mausoleum to remember (or forget) those we lost and host to especially raucous wakes. 

V.I.M.S. - Hospital
Size - 3x3
Description - Vault-Tec Interim Medical Station - bringing the latest Vault-tec technology and know-how to disease prevention and mitigation. Employs 1-3 settlers as it increases in level, and adds a facial reconstruction surgery chair at Level 3.
