Combat Dusters

Adds 12 new beaten up dusters to the Capitol Wasteland (6 male, 6 female). They use Col. Autumn\'s Uniform mesh as a base but are completely new items and do not replace anything. They have the same \"enchantments\" as Lucas Simms\' duster. This outfit is for both male and female characters.
