Offset's players radiation resistance to -60% at the start of the game.

Offsets player's radiation resistance to -60% at the start of the game.
Therefore:
1 Endurance = -60% Radiation
10 Endurance = -42% Radiation
Radiation in this game is very dull. You can get 54% radiation resistance with perks alone.
And RadX with 100 medicine gives you 75% rad resistance, the maximum being 85% 🤦🏻.
I figure -60% would be suitable for most players and any playthrough, just to add an extra layer of difficulty and immersion.
Load order: after any overhaul or patch mods.
You can change these values with FO3Edit.
