Removes the following perks:
My problem with these perks:
Most of these perks feel like console commands rather than perks, they basically allow you to become "jack of all traits and master of all": which neglects your choices of S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and skills in the beginning of the game.
Other perks just take away from the games progression, like explorer and warmonger.
I want to explore on my own and earn things on my own. Again, these are basically cheat codes.
Some perks like Educated and Comprehension, just makes choosing your skills less impactful. As you can boost everything to 100, if you play right.
(Makes the game too forgiving, you should be rewarded and penalised by how you level your character)
Karma perks are kind of silly:
Why would I change mid playthrough?
These perks make more sense for console users who can't use console commands. Regardless, Bethesda could have implemented cheat codes with button sequences for console users (similar to GTA).
Or implement quests that would justify the player in earning these perks:

- Like explorer being linked to some sort of "Satellite";
- Warmonger by having your brain getting like a "Matrix upload file";
- Karma perks by having the player go through "a near death" experience in which they are confronted with their past actions and get the chance to change or remain the same "selfish prick", "self-proclaimed saint" or "don't care person".
