I started the update, it's time consuming, I made some progress, when I am finished this will be a quality mod, the way it is now it's more of a band aid fix, but at the same time I was all so working on other stuff for Fallout 3, I made a new apocalyptic weather mod that's almost finished, I made progress on bringing some new animations over from FNV into FO3, and I have a handful of gameplay mods I was working on, with doing all that and all the recent mods I made, I just hit my limit and I needed a break, so I backed everything up and uninstalled FO3 and been modding and playing some other games, when I come back to Fallout 3 I am going to get that stuff finished and posted, and I have some updates planned for some of the stuff I recently posted.
Yes, I started work on in it late summer and I have not finished yet, the method I used in FO3 does not work in New Vegas, but after speaking with mindflux the author of the my favorite Skyrim water mod Water for ENB he showed me exactly how to fix this issue and it works, it's just going to take a lot of time and work, but I will finish and I will all so improve this one in the same way and both are going to be getting some new textures to compliment my plugins.
I figured this out through trial and error, no one in the community has ever tried to fix this issue and I wanted to fix it, so I made a save right in front of a glowing water source and then I fired up Xedit and once I knew what the problem was, I was able to fix it.
Great mod bro ! Using with Chromatic ENB water finally looks good. Just wondering can you do the same 4 FNV and all DLC? I really hate that green bright water when using an ENB. Endorsed thanks again bro :)
Thank you and yes, I do plan to make a plugin for FNV and all dlc, I am working on FNV now, rebuilding my mod list and making a new enb preset, towards the end I plan to take a look at the water.
Thanks bro ! I love playing with an ENB but even with water ini tweaks its still bright green. Your mod fixes that and the water is perfect now. I am playing Washingtons mod for FO3 the water looks so good the main town is a waterfront. I use NextGen ENB on FNV and that is the only thing that doesnt look good. Im so thankful to you for taking the time to do this. Have a good day/night :)
I don't know what NVR is, with this plugin all I did was copy all the water edits from the vanilla esm's and the water is transparent and does not glow with enb because of the values I changed, you only need this plugin for it to work

Actually, how'd you even figure this out?

I love this mod, but it's beyound me why you recommend HD water, the white's are extremely blocky, Nuts is much better - anyway thanks !
