This is a fix for the glowing water when using an enb.

Water for Enb v1.0 completely removes the glow from all water sources, but if you use a bright weather mod, during clear weathers the water reflections can look a bit odd when you pan camera left to right.
Water for Enb v2.0 removes the glow from most all water sources, but on large water sources I changed the color to tone down the glow, but it does not completely remove it like 1.0, so 2.0 does not have the reflection side effect as bad
Currently a progress mod as I find time to work on it and figure stuff out.
Install Instructions
First install one of the water textures listed below, I would try them both and see which one you like best, all my current screenshots are with Nut's, but I have now switched to Fallout 3 HD Overhaul Water and that is the one I prefer, then install my plugin.

Add this to your FalloutCustom.ini to avoid Enb visual bugs
