    Warning:

This quest mod breaks the quest ''Tempenny Tower'' for some odd reason. If you kill Roy Philips, the quest wont proceed to the next stage.

Could be a conflict with the Unnoficial Patch, i don't know. Complete Tempenny Tower first, then install this mod.

It is a conflict with the unofficial patch. Both edits the tenpenny tower quest script so they cannot be used together.

Loading this mod BEFORE the unofficial patch solves the killing roy philips bug, but i don't know what it breaks on this mod's side.

Early 2023, very decent quest which only proves - quality over quantity in this regard. Nice twist, sometimes very good voice acting (my favourite is female brotherhood of steel initiate, she really did a good job of providing this BoS vibe of speech and, of course, "ghoul character"), sometimes very nice audiologs that I can only describe as a work of fan passion.
I should also mention that author tried to implement variable dialog choices to solve some problems and it was good every time.
As for the quick overview, if Bethesda going to made something like Skyrim but Fallout 3 Anniversary Edition, I would be glad to see this mod included in pack because for rather simple story, mod author achieved what many modders couldn't do in the long run. He provided "natural" addition to Capital Wasteland, but didn't try to "shoot for the stars", that's why you can relate and immerse yourself in this story.
Only minor dissatisfaction with model of gold bullion which you find at the end of the mod. I thought it would be texture of gold bars from Fallout NV Dead Money DLC, but it is just a model of standard pre-war money which is kinda sad but not a big deal.
Should you try this mod in 2023? Yes, as a returning old Fallout 3 mods fan, I recommend to play it for every new playthrough if you want decent little story without over the top "oh boy, save the world again!".
Completed in 2 hours in Fallout 3 Rebirth+ MC by VegasStephen.
EDIT 20.04.23: This quest mod definitely has conflict with "The apartment on New York Avenue" by JW1 which I started to play today. I suggest to use them separately, complete one quest, then deactivate and activate another because I encountered CtD right before even loading the save file. I'm pretty sure from their conflict, because new locations is very close to each other on Pen. Avenue.

No, zool666, the previous question (which you also replied to) does not have a specific answer to that question, let alone any timescale. It merely states there might be one but that any bugfixes to the FO3 version will take prioty. How soon such a port may happen is left open, but anyway I think the question was as much or more a request/vote for a port than a simple timescale query.

Well, TTW 3.3 is out now, but alas I suspect a lot of these great mods (Point Lookout Returns, Meter Carriage Interiors, this mod, etc) will never be formally converted.

@deleted - Actually metro carriage interiors got a TTW 3.2 port recently updated to 3.3. But yes, what you say is generally true - there are many good mods which won't ever get updated to TTW - and even some that were got ruined, imho. A good example of this is Chuck Steel's Interiors which in FO3 is fine but in TTW the reward for sending that Ants kid to Vera in Rivet is no longer just not having to pay for your hotel stopovers, but instead a player home of a ridiculously over-the-top mansion sized suite of rooms about half the size of the ship. And it may have also borked the Baileys Crossroads metro entrance (the one to the Anchorage dlc quest).

And that's not necessarily a bad thing - TTW may enable FO3 to play better on win10 than FO3 does? And may give you native ironsights, but you also have to put up with all the silly crafting & timed health that FNV added, that gimmicky companion wheel, etc, etc, whilst also losing out on FO3's better game balance and the better way things like the flamer work in FO3. Plus the bolt-on FNV thing in TTW just doesn't play out right - levelling, suddenly becoming the courier on the other side of the country, etc. Played it through once then came back to FO3.

^ lol "deleted" that was my poor baby account that I sacrificed on the alter of shame.

Yeah, my preferred way of playing FO3 is this one. I like my 3DNPCs and quest mods like TNSTABP. And it's quicker to mod FO3. TTW is a monumental task for most conversions. The only thing I really miss from TTW is, hilariously, Weapon Inertia. That it. One mod.

As for FO3's alleged poor performance. I run at uGridsToLoad=9 (Skyrim levels of LOD), Enboost w/ x64 expanded memory and unsafe memory hacks, Heap Replacer and Stewie's Tweaks. I rock on with solid performance and little to no issues.

It was a good mod, only complaints are the voices being quiet and a few seams showing in the new interiours (the FBI building stands out in having one right at the entrance). It's also a little exhausting going through the Capitol Building for no reward, just a key by another name. Even if it was a Very Hard hack, having the option to do so instead of going through a massive, multi-cell dungeon as Step 1 of the quest. I do have one other complaint, but its spoilers: money isn't that great a reward in Fallout 3, espcially late game which is when you'll likely feel confident in tackling the Capitol Building.

But that aside, the amount of options and reactivity is top and should be praised.

Hi, saw a bit of this on youtube and it looks awesome! Any chance you would someday convert this for TTW? Good quest mods for FO3 side are so rare!
