This Mod was Play Tested and confirmed working in the Anchorage DLC by Linygami
What does this mod do?In the operation anchorage DLC you will find many tents used by the military. these tents have had their side panels Animated as a way to represent some wind forces. the video above is taken from my FNV tents project, in which I showcase the tents at the NCR camp Mccarran base. if you look closely you can see the panels slightly swaying, this is what you can expect to see in the operation anchorage DLC, however the Texture used on the tents will be more snowy. furthermore because this mod does not use an ESP and simply overwrites assets your plugin amount will not be raised. so its some content at no cost.
