      should do, its just an asset change. if it exist in the directory then it should work!

      Yes it should do. TTW (at least the 3.3.2 I played, and I can't imagine they've since changed it) will do the same as FNV in that they use FO3 assets where possible and keep those assests in the same folder structure as they were in FO3, with any added FNV stuff often just using either 'NV' prefixes to identify them (if placed in the same folders) and/or using separate extra NV or NV DLC folders.
