Animated destroyed houses that appear across Fallout 3 - no esp used.
- Permissions and credits
Across fallout 3 you can see many destroyed suburban houses with their hanging electrical cables. This mod will make those cables swing back and forth as if they are being pelted by a slight breeze. This mod is an Asset Change so it will only overwrite fallout 3s assets, meaning no ESP is required for you to have this addition.
Installation-
no requirements - Install normally.
