Fallout 2 is one of my favourite games ever but something that always bothered me was the lack of character portraits (talking heads) compared to Fallout 1.
This addon aims to solve this by adding many new animated portraits to relevant NPCs. Currently more than 160 are included.
This mod is only for the updated version of the Restoration Project found here, NOT the version found here on the Nexus.

All of them are fully animated and (most) with happy and angry variations.
Although most characters are currently unvoiced BlackElectric1 has been working on adding voices to all characters thanks to many talented volunteer voice actors who are contributing to this project.
