I overlooked how much custom facegen are made for important NPCs. The generated facegen for those NPCs do not reflect their character and charisma, and sometimes even look worse than the original looks.
I may revisit the mod but right now I will put those facegen files to old files. ( I may try to locate and delete those custom facegen and leave only generic NPCs. )
For now, although the generic NPCs still look better than vanilla, I don't suggest to use them alone. But you can overwrite with other NPC mods if you still want to use.

Effortlessly generate all the FaceGen with Expressive Facegen Morphs, Expressive Facial Animation, SUEMR and High Poly Vanilla Hair to get modernized looks for NPCs. Optionally (but recommended) come with a selection of high quality and open sourced textures for all playable characters.

Installation
(Recommended) Install Expressive Facegen Morphs
(Recommended) Install Expressive Facial Animation (Male and Female Edition)
(Recommended) Install SUEMR main files v3.0 Meshes in optional files
(Recommended) Install High Poly Vanilla Hair
Install Enderal Faces - FaceGen. Choose between Vanilla Hair or VHR version. VHR - Vanilla Hair Replacer is required to install first for VHR version.
(Optional but recommended) Install Enderal Faces - Textures and Meshes
Compatibility
Enderal Faces does not touch NPC records so it should be compatible with other armor addon mods as long as they don't change headpart records.
You can overwrite Enderal Faces with other NPC mods.
Note
Children are untouched. Vanilla is good enough for me.
FaceTint files are not included. Vanilla is good enough for me.
Enderal already come with decent long hair retexture so only the short hair texture is included.
