Fixes some issues with Enderal weathers which increases compatibility with some weather-related mods. (e.g. R.A.S.S., Storm Lightning)

Fixes some issues with Enderal weathers which increases compatibility with some weather-related mods. (e.g. R.A.S.S., Storm Lighting)
Weathers will now have the correct flags. (e.g. Sandstorm is no longer considered Rain, Overcast weather is no longer considered snowy)
This shouldn't be an issue in vanilla Enderal but will fix issues with mods that rely on weather flags.
Compatible with Diverse Weathers, Enderal SE - True Storms and Intense Sandstorms.
Load Order Recommendation:

Diverse Weather SE - True Storms
Intense Sandstorms
