adds a bunch of small tweaks on personal weapons

small changes money card increased from 50k to 500k , weapons degradation reduced (they take less damage from use)
on top of CV weapons working on planets and auto fire and increased stack size . compatible with other save. -
added missing long degradation to cake. increased SV/HV buffer shield from 5k to 10k . rebalanced recoil and reload speed to weapons (T2 was being worst than T1) T2 got improved in reload speed and recoil. SAVE COMPATIBLE

New stack increase on more items like T1 and T2 generators and other stacks went from 6 to 160. New Shield Generators have less energy activation and Idle cost , also have a bit more regeneration. -regeneration from 100 to 300 HV/SV - buffer 2000 to 5000

first update for alpha 10 stable (other higher numbers are from experimental) lots of item stacks edited for larger size . capital weapons working on planets . better armours and boosters. auto fire added on turrets.

after testing a few things, realised the fall damage reduction from armours had wrong values. armours should reduce fall damage again, as intended (heavy reduces more)
bio fuel only requires 1 plant fiber instead of 10 as before. -
new update. large stacks of items and food, extra degradation time of food. fuel is cheaper to craft. weapons rebalancing. capital turrets work on planets. auto fire on turrets to save you're mouse. hope this lasts before next update :)

Finally managed to mod the latest config for 8.5 . was having issues on the day 8.5 came out, and on 31 of August , a bug was fixed about a bug that prevented players from entering planets, maybe it was related ?
any way, here it is the latest version. -

besides capital turrets working on planets and increased stacks, 9.6.0 adds increased food spoil time and reduced materials to craft fuel packs and bio fuel

minor tweaks. biofuel and promethium packs cost a bit less resources to craft

tweaked a few items (better assault rifle . with old pulse rifle model) + better solar panels + a few medicines had low stack size.

Capital Weapons / CV Drill / work on planets , SV weapons fire rate increased , mini gun for SV / HV fire rate increased by 3x , food stacks increased from 20 to 200 , ammo stacks increased. some personal weapons range doubled. some small "balancing".

updated 9.3 to 9.5 - new : new vanilla refined 15 stone to iron / copper / silicon instead of 25/50 . food spoil brought up to 9.999 , you can still craft spoiled food to make crops.

update for 1.7.3 - you will get a "error message" on loading a save , just click continue . it's something related with a turret or something . i will have to check . does not seem to be a problem.

update new version for 1.8.3 -i suggest saving a full copy of the game folder if you like this mod . it has a huge amount of tweaks work done.

version C does some polishing and minor tweaks . makes catching crystals under water more rewarding, reduces T1 and T2 shotgun , a bit. also adds unlock the armours to the tec tree, which somehow, had been overlooked.
