No chance, I don't like any of those Souls games. I liked Elden Ring because of the open world everything else just didn’t click with me. But overall as far as I understand, the modding tools are pretty similar, if not the same so yeah it’s definitely doable
Hey, I'm totally stuck. I added the event and map folders to my mods folder (using mod engine 2), but nothing is working. I am on the latest version and have the SOTE dlc. Is there something I'm missing?
Edit: Many hours later I have realized that I read the description tutorial as "mods" folder and not the "mod" folder in ME2. Thank you for this amazing mod. Sorry for being a headass :)
The reason the mobs respawn is for farming purposes. So if you want to farm resources, currency etc, that's why Souls like games have respawning mobs
But yeah I agree, it has always been something that has bothered me with Souls-likes I don't like farming and I prefer my game worlds to clear as I progress as in once I kill something it should permanently stay dead. Like the bosses already do
It makes the game a lot more tedious as well for exploration, I prefer to clear areas and then explore them without having random encounters all the time
I do think the Souls devs are very headstrong in that the game has to be played a certain way with no flexibility on that but I would prefer if they simply added a finger/item in the game that if you activate it it would disable the respawning mobs so you could play the game in the way you prefer. But hey at least we have this mod!
The Lord has heard us!!! Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the creator of this masterpiece. I like the Elden Ring. and I respect the Hardcore that everyone here is obsessed with. BUT the revival of the enemies in the original game turned out to be the last straw. Not because it was too difficult, but because it killed the atmosphere of the game for me. As far as I understood, the Main character was called upon to purify the world from the rot of the gods. When killing bosses and clearing locations, I wanted to see a path of blooming daisies and ponies behind my back. but instead, time after time I met immortal bastards who shouted at me: "No matter how much you kill me, I will still rise again, do not think that you are safe behind the monitor screen, I will outlive you and your great-grandchildren!" Finally! The balance of the universe has been restored!
Based answer, lol. Thank you for the mod, love permanently clearing out the world. There's a glitch that let's you do the same thing in Breath of the Wild and I genuinely though that made the game just so much better <3 <3 <3.
Hi, love the mod, was wondering how I could use DarkScript to make it so that all your event flags only begin to fire once the game savefile determines that Maliketh is defeated. Any ideas to help?

No enemy respawn is simple to do for Dark Souls 2, I'm not sure about Bloodborne or Demons Souls since I haven't checked.
But Elden Ring, Dark Souls Remastered and Dark Souls 3 require this complex method your using in this mod for No enemy respawn.

Thank you for fixing it.

Thank you. I've endorsed your mod for that.
Is it compatible with Map for Goblins Expanded?
