Tallis is just a crush whose only romance is just flirting (poorly written by the way) and a kiss (peck) at the end, and with a standalone DLC script, that is, regardless of who you romanced (e.g. Isabela) even though she is in your party at DLC and playing Act 3, I didn't see her complaining about the game preventing me from flirting with Tallis, "on the contrary", she ♥ Well, my experience was with Isabela,and according to wikia, romancing Tallis does not affect any other companion https://dragonage.fandom.com/wiki/Romance_(Dragon_Age_II)#Tallis So I don't think it makes sense to update the polygamous mod because for Tallis What perhaps the modder can achieve is to forcefully transport an NPC like Tallis to appear inside Hawke's estate
I'm just talking about that last kiss with Tallis. I know it exists but because I romance my companions I never get that no matter how much Hawke flirts with Tallis or how much she approves of Hawke.
I've checked the files and it appears that the only requirements to kiss Tallis are that you let her stay in your party and you've flirted with her once. It doesn't appear to check for another active romance, and I'm fairly certain I've kissed her with an Isabela romance active.
didn't work for me :( Merill's my femhawke main romance. I had the romance scene with Isabela first in Act 2 and then romanced Merill but somehow the game recognized Merill as my Hawke's main and only romance partner
Hi! So exited to try this wonderful mod! Just wanted to check - you're meant to instull it before doing Isabela's romance scene wich is triggered after Isabela's Ongoing Search in Act 2, right? Thing is i've alreadiy did it in my current playthrough. I wonder if i install the mode and then start playing from a point before her scene, will it work? Anyway, thank you so much!
The absolute latest point at which you'll need to have the mod installed depends on which particular characters you're planning on romancing, as playing the romance scenes for each character will break off the other romances with some or all of the other characters, depending on whose scene it is and which options are selected.
Isabela's romance scene is available earliest (Isabela's Ongoing Search is available at the start of act 2 and, as you said, completing that triggers Isabela's romance scene on the next visit to Hawke's estate). The romance scenes of Isabela and Fenris will actually only break off the other's romance, not that of Anders or Merrill, while Anders and Merrill will break off romances with all three of the others. So as long as you're not planning to romance both Isabela and Fenris it's not strictly necessary to have the mod installed prior to Isabela's romance scene. But it is the best rule of thumb to make sure all four romances will be available.
Going back to a save after Isabela's Ongoing Search but before returning to Hawke's estate and triggering Isabela's romance scene will be sufficient to ensure all romances will be available. :)
i know its two years later but were you able to continue without reloading for good measure? i did isabela's, installed the mod, then did fenris's (act 2).
If you were able to access Fenris's romance and had the mod installed at that point then I would say that is fine, as that means romancing Isabela didn't cut off the ability to romance Fenris, and the mod would have prevented Fenris's romance from cutting off Isabela's. Assuming you haven't done anything else that might have cut it off, such as agreeing with Isabela not to bring feelings into it, you should be good to continue.

I ran into an issue, though: after All That Remains, only Anders (the last character I "locked in") comes comfort Hawke.
What can be causing this?
Edit: I've found what caused the issue; Gamlen's file thats edited by this mod and also Twinception. Deleting it from Twinception's folder did the trick.
i installed all the needed to also romance Sebastian cause i never tried that before but im not willing to settle for him, well he flat out rejected me because of Anders xD
You must install 1) Kirkw(All) 2) Sebastian Revisited and 3) the Sebastian Revisited Kirkw(All) compatibility patch, and you must ensure that the compatibility patch loads with higher priority in the load order than Sebastian Revisited, or it won't work.
I haven't played Inquisitions yet, but I am assuming you can import a save game file to continue various storylines. If I romance Isabela and Merrill; how does that export for the one romanced, or does Inquisitions just ignore it like the other DAs?
Edit: Never mind, only one will go and that can be set in the Tapestry.
not sure if it helps but you can totally safe edit dragon age origin and have multiple outcomes dialogs for dragon age 2 like logain is alive but Alistair and warden are the king and queen and mage warden is queen etc. its fun to mess around with you kinda get a funky dragon age 2
I know this is a very futile detail and probably impossible to achieve, but is there a way to romance both Isabela and Fenris and still get the banter where they flirt with each other?
So, most of Isabela/Fenris flirting banter plays regardless of whether or not one of them is romanced. The only two exceptions are the "That night...I can't stop thinking about it" banter in the base game, and the "So, when we get back to the city, do you...?" banter in Legacy. The first used a flag in a file that I've already edited for this mod, so I've updated it so that the banter will play if both of their romances have been committed in act 3. The Legacy banter I can't do anything about without editing files I'd prefer to not include in this mod.
You are an absolute angel!!! I'm so excited to use this mod - I've been using the console commands debugging to swap between romances, but that is nothing in comparison of being able to have an actual romance with all of them! Thank you. <3
