What's the grey warden armour your PC is wearing in some of the screenshots? It looks like it came from the Grey Wardens of Ferelden mod, or something similar.

Yes, it's the mage armour from that mod.

Great work as always commander, it looks amazing, but I'm just wondering, did anything ever come of the Sleep Until Dawn patch for this mod? That's the only thing holding me back from switching from Dalishious' Some Dalish Textures to this mod.

      Thanks!
A Sleep Until Dawn patch is still in the works, but not ready yet unfortunately.
You can use Elven Scenery alongside Some Dalish Textures and I'd recommend it, they don't share any texture paths.

In theory, this and Sleep Until Dawn will work together if you delete all the plc_dalishtent01 mmh and msh files from Elven Scenery. (Not the prp_dalishtent01 files or any of the mao or textures though) As the Sleep Until Dawn cutscenes reference the plc_dalishtent01 model only.

If you really wanted to be careful you could delete the tent folders from mine, though.

Thanks for the quick reply and advice! I'll install it right now, can't wait to see these textures ingame! Thanks again for all your hard work, you're truly a wizard when it comes to releasing mods, I'm always scouting the front page to see what you come up with next!

Continuing here from our discussion on the Unofficial Remaster mod page. :-)
Do I need the optional files still, or is version 4 main package all I need? Thinking especially of the Props-Statues file.

Heya! That file is listed optional as it turns the generic statues found in places like the circle tower and lothering chantry into elves too, which I thought was not that lore friendly. Hopefully now it only affects the dalish camps, and maybe a rogue statue or two.

So yeah, just the main file.

Splendid, that should solve my "problem" described on the Remaster mod page then (I noticed and found it odd that there were statues of elves in places where one would expect Tevinter stuff). :-)

I forgot how ugly DA2 eluvian was. I think a better option would be a mix of DA2 and DA:I Eluvian so it would fit better into both games.

Hello, I'm sorry, do you have a tutorial on how to import models from other Games for DAO? I would be interested in learning how to do what you did, and good to see if I can import animals from other games to give variability to the DAO, such as horses, foxes, etc... and enemies that appear in other Games the same...

Really atmospheric change, thanks to your ports - together with other HD retextures - the game looks much better now!

I know this request actually isn't in the scope of your mod but as you know your way around modding, maybe you could take a look at the the really bad textures & meshes of the music instrument (violin/guitar?, whatever) in Lothering Tavern and other places?
It annoyed me quite some time now what Bioware did here with the model, it looks  as it was not quite finished for release if you know what I mean. Same goes for the drums, hanging lamps,  the bottle models etc.... Maybe a port from other games (like witcher3 maybe?) could replace the bad bioware models if you might be interested in looking into it.

Thank you so much for this! Much appreciated. I love elves, and I love seeing DA:I stuff being brought into DA:O. To me, it gives off a consistent feeling. :3

I don't get what the statues optional file is for, the same files are already in the main file?

Just a question: The Eluvian in that cave is actually the very same Eluvian that Merril works on in DA2, so wouldn't have made much more sense to exchange the appearance of the DA:I one with THAT Eluvian, rather than switching the statues?
Seeing as you took assets from DAI, which is likely even more foreign to DAO than DA2 assets are.
Unless that makes it much harder/impossible due to size differences of the assets etc.
I'm no modder myself, so I really don't know... ;)

Yeah, the mirror model itself is actually many different detachable pieces because the glass shatters, so I didn't want to alter it in case it broke someone's game.

UPDATE: There's one up now, it's been tested and doesn't seem to break anything, enjoy
