I forgot a few npc's in the City Elf Origin, total npc's is now 345

Added all the new changes, as well as the custom shield I made for the epilogue guards, said shield has the same properties as the Redcliffe elite shield

I had mistakenly added these npc's without changes to their armor, they should be changed now. Just unzip and place in my Orzammar folder, overwrite when asked.
