Shader-based dynamic numbers for locomotives & cars

Now compatible with the Simulator update!

No longer do we need to be limited to skins without numbers, or many engines with the same number! Number Manager allows every vehicle to display a unique number on top of a skin. This mod is designed to work in tandem with Skin Manager; each skin has its own numbering config that can be provided by the skin artist or created by the user.

By default, numbers for vehicles are pulled from the car or engine's ID number (L-042, CBX613, etc.), but this can be disabled under the mod options ingame if you would prefer vehicles to use random numbers instead. Tenders will always try to match the number of the locomotive they're placed behind. Numbers can also be configured to emit light, which can be used for illuminated number boards. The mod also now includes a mode for the comms radio which enables you to change the numbers displayed on cars to whatever pleases you!

A zip file is included under Optional Files containing numbering configurations for the built-in locomotive textures (shunter, DE6, and steam engine). They can be installed the same as any other Skin Manager skins.

How to Install:
The zip file provided can be installed using Unity Mod Manager. After that, you only need to install some numbering-enabled skins through Skin Manager. Numbers will only be applied to newly spawned vehicles, not existing ones.

For Skin Creators:
There is a Unity package containing a live view skin config editor under the Optional Files. Information about how to create numbering configurations can also be found on the wiki page.
