I thought it might be worth noting that if you have have a skin you like that doesn't have number support but you don't feel savvy enough to create the number files yourself, you can also just snag the number files from other skins and simply add them to the skins you want. If the numbers end up obscuring any logos or designs then you can just edit the X and Y axis in the XML file to get it positioned where you want it.

I see on the discord version 4.0.2 is the latest and fixes the fast travel issue, but the latest version on nexus is only 4.0.1

It seems since skin manager has been updated to 4.0 and now this no longer works,
Anyone who want's to still use this I would advise using skin manager 3.4.1 (but this version has some quirks in B99)

Disclaimer: I have not tested this myself but since skinmanager is the only mod I have just today updated and it broke this so I just put two and two together.

Does anyone know how to remedy a number appearing mirrored on the left side but not the right side of some models ?
I have been placing numbers for hours on the front and side only to have it mirrored when on the opposing side ?
I must be doing something wrong but can't quite figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. As I would like to add number support to a number of skins already available here.
    Cheers :)

Only just testing this with skin manager and the only skins I'm trying atm are the vanilla numbered skins packaged in with this Mod I can't for the life of me get the numbers to show up?>

I tried first following the instructions here and putting the number skins into the correct mod folder, but that didn't work as I couldn't spawn vehicles with numbers printed on them, Then I tried just dragging the ZIP file into UMM but that didn't work either. so then I read that some older skins need to be repackaged so I tried to repackage using Skins Repackager and installed it from the exported zip but it didn't seem to work either?
So I'm at a loss as to how to get this working correctly.

I found a work around to make them appear:
First select another skin with a working number (that uses the number manager) , the number should be in the same placement location as the one you want to appear on the vanilla numbered vehicle, after you loaded this skin and the number appears you can then load the vanilla numbered skin and the number will appear.
  6. is there any way to get vanilla numbered skin?

This is so awesome, thank you for this mod :) I am using it in my skin as well and the setup is so easy and works even with backwards / upside down / right-to-left and even mirrored characters, fantastic! It is that easy I even started to back-port other skins that didn't have it ;)

Would it be complicated to crate a mod like this, but for text? Either from a textfile or even enter char-by-char through the radio. I'm streaming and have edited a lot of skins to add follower names and stuff like this. The problem is those textures are getting heavy and with ~30 of them already, this will get out of hand soon :) so dynamically generated would be super awesome. Even if it would need a game restart to read the config, still better than fixed textures I need to gimp.

I'm looking to add numbers to the inside of the DE6, although I don't know if this is within the mod's abilities. I've attached my numbering file; so far it isn't giving me numbers anywhere with the interior portion in, but works fine without. Do I have syntax errors or am I just doing something that isn't possible?
