Weathered and worn Numbers for use with Number Manager.

- I noticed a lack of weathered numbers, so I decided to use existing numbers and placements from fauxnik DVRT DE2 Skin, Hokran for Number Manager support for Kaarhyu's DVRT Skins and scitor's MilitaryIssue & ASF Pack for the DE2 & Microshunter, I have also weathered the number font included in katycat6's vanilla numbers pack for the DE2 to have a worn and weathered look (special thanks to all of you folks) plus one clean Bob's Special font with my own custom attach points.
I will update with other vehicles once I have unlocked them in the career mode (I'm still saving up for a shunter license).

The DH4 I can't seem to get working with any numbers at all and the only skin that currently working for me is the M.O.W skin, so I wont be working on this until it's working with other skins.
Side note: the numbers may not load on the first time you try, you may have to add a military camo skin first from military issue or any other skin with number support and then select the Vanilla No.x skin and it should load and stay until despawned or game exit
