    Greetings!

Arena's Adventures has been updated to version 1.01. Here's the log :

    - Reformatted the text to fit classic fonts and retro rendring mode.
    - Fixed some typos
    - Noble Rescue : Fixed a bug that would prevent the quest target to spawn.

    Cheers!

Hi! No it's not necessary. The new quests are added to the commoners and noble quest pool. Cheers!

I know that doing quests for nobles and tavern patrons and such, in the vanilla game, raised your reputation with those people.
Do these quests also do that?

Yes. The quests use the default reputation calculations. You'll always get a reputation bonus/malus with the factions the NPC is linked with upon suceeding/failing the quest.

More quests are always welcome! Maybe someday Arena will get the Unity treatment as well

Checking the GitHub source, OpenTESArena is coded in C++, not C# (as most Unity projects use), and looks to be using a custom engine based on the various files and folders I looked at.

      https://github.com/afritz1/OpenTESArena/

Either way, though, that Arena has a modern port is really cool, and really the important point here. :)
