Basics:
V can now choose, display, and enjoy art in their apartment(s). Featuring new (and old) art from various talented artists that V can find through out the game and Night City
'Old' art that can be picked, by CDPR, includes the Life Path portraits and Tarot art renders.
'New' art includes 30 different pieces from: @Kuvshinov_Ilya, @MrsVSilverhand, and @alternatecyborg
Pieces can be found for sale around Night City, gifted from certain NPCs, found with other rewards, maybe even crafted.

Works without Phantom Liberty, but some pieces can only be found in the expansion.

Displays details:
Apartment Screens, included with the main mod by default:
H10, next to the door
Japantown, next to the stash room
Motel, has a picture frame type in the stash
Corpo Plaza, next to the window
The Glen, next to the computer and next to the pool table

They work just like TVs: can be turned on and off, changing the channel cycles through the possible art pieces, and remembers which art (channel) you were on. Each display can have it's own channel/art selected, they don't control/sync each other.

Art pieces
Players start off with 3 art pieces, the CDPR Life Path pieces.
V also starts off with a 4th piece that is gifted based on their life path.
There is also a channel that loops through all the Tarot pieces that V has found and scanned so far, including those from Phantom Liberty.
Other pieces can be found in various ways such as:

Paint Your Target [Quest]
The mod adds in a new micro-quest that helps introduce the mod/features, as well as reward V with a piece of art at the end of it.
The quest begins as soon as the mod starts working.
Spoiler:
Show
The the mod activates V will recieve a message from Zetatech, related to their new art display system.
Step 1 is to read the message, which adds a log item to V's inventory.
Step 2a is optional, but leads to a display in the world where you can buy a new art piece.
Step 2b is to wait until after the heist.
Step 3 is to find another display somewhere in Corpo Plaza, no GPS, but the quest/codex/message should be enough clues...
Step 4 is to scan the display, which adds a crafting recipe.
Step 5 is to craft this piece of art, using the item from step 1.
END

How to install and 'start' the mod
Make sure the requirements mods are installed! Does not require Phantom Liberty to use, but does need it to 100% complete the mod.
Unzip the .zip file into the "Cyberpunk 2077" folder so that:
The .archive and .archive.xl files end up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder.
The .reds file ends up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\Artistic" folder.
The .yaml file ends up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\Artistic" folder.

Once in game simply enter V's H10 apartment (leave first if already inside)
V will now recieve a text message from Zetatech, and a related micro-quest. The mod is now running!

How to uninstall
Delete the .archive and .archive.xl files in the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder.
Delete the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\Artistic" folder.
Delete the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\Artistic" folder.

How to reboot the mod?
If something has gone very wrong (such as starting the mod without working dependencies) you can reboot it with the following command:
Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr("deceptious_quest_21_reset", 1)
Afterwards you can start again by entering the H10 apartment (previously complete quests/messages should reset, but still only use the command if desperate)

I lost some art token/pieces somehow... can I add them back?
You can use the following command, with numbers 8 through 40 (there's an offset for the item codes vs the icons)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.art_token_8")
...
Game.AddToInventory("Items.art_token_40")

What if I don't want the screens in certain apartments?
Maybe they collide/clip with personal presets/changes/mods
Each apartments screens can be removed by deleting its specific .archive file. Example: 'Artistic_Japantown.archive'
ArchiveXL logs may show an error if you do, but it wont actually break anything, and you can add the file back when ever you like.

Can I add my own screens? With AMM?
Know what you're doing with your own sectors? Go ahead and place your own entity instances!
Want to use AMM? There is an optional file in the mod's files that has the AMM custom prop setup!
Warning: Based on how AMM loads/stores props these displays will NOT remember which channel you had it set to between saves.

Warning/disclaimer
This is a very complex mod, but I have done my best to completely separate the Art Displays logic from the TV logic, so not only will it not interfere with the basegame TVs, but also shouldn't conflict with future TV/channel related mods.

Languages
Currently, and for the near future, the mod is limited to English.
It will work for all languages, but the new messages and content will be shown in English

Known Issues/limitations:
Channels can take upto 5 seconds to update to unlocked art on first viewing, this is due to the channel potentially not being loaded yet if no screen has viewed it before: Just set the display to the correct channel and give it time to refresh.
Screens may appear to have the wrong image when using photomode, this can fix itself by panning the PM camera away and back until it is the expected art.
The "normal" appearance displays screens can technically be viewed from either side, but the back (panel seen to the left) does not behave correctly with certain frame generation, raytracing, and pathtracing settings.
As mentioned above, AMM spawned displays can't remember what channel you had it set to between saves.
Changes to the channels listing (such as updates to add more art pieces) will reset the apartment displays, sorry, just how it works to register the new ones.

Bugs
I've tried to cover all the bases I can, but this is a very complex mod and I can only test so much. Please report any bugs so i can look into fixing them!
