This mod may interfere with Viktor's TV. Instead of the boxing match that should be playing on his TV, it will make play normal TV content, or sometimes he will be looking at a black screen with nothing on it. Although this is not a serious issue, this can create an immersion-breaking situation, especially in the prologue mission where you first visit him.
I made a save before entering Viktor's room for the first time and tested it several times. With this mod installed, his TV didn't work properly. With this mod removed, the bug never occurred.
I've just tested this myself by uninstalling the mod and visiting Viktor, and you're right. this is the mod that causes the problem with Vik's TV I still don't understand how a mod that adds cool posters can mess up 1 particular TV screen, but I hope it will get fixed
I have some additional information Not only does this mod affect Vik's TV, it also messes with the screens in Konpeki Plaza and the cinema at the G.I.M.in Pacifica The TV's in the lobby display the Code Red screens instead of the Arasaka propaganda when you first arrive, and the western movie that's playing in the cinema doesn't show at all if you have this mod installed
Is there a command to add the "D6655 Device Data" that you're supposed to get upon starting the intro quest, to your inventory? Obviously a niche scenario here, but I had to fresh install the game without mods to fix an interaction bug, and in doing so, I seem to have lost the Device Data item along the way, so having a command to spawn it into the inventory would be quite helpful, as I can now no longer craft the art piece found in Corpo Plaza. I think for now, I'll just enter in the quest-reset command found on the main page, but I'll still leave this comment in case a command get's added to the description so it can help others in the future.
Similar issue here, I could use this "D6655 Device Data" ID as well - somehow, if I'm supposed to do the craft part, it calls for 30 of them instead of just one
Love the mod. My homes feel so much more like mine.
The photo frame style one in the motel make me wonder if a future version might include more smaller frames- say one per apartment on a desk or beside a bed - and photos of romanced characters that can be added once their relationship starts.
I installed the mod and am using a save that's progressed a lot in the story and can't get the related quest to trigger. I've tried reinstalling it, tried restarting progress via console, but I never get the text message from Zetatech. I can buy art and have the panels in my apartments, but they don't do anything when I turn them on/off or cycle.
I don't know if this is a compatibility issue with advert overhauls or a bug with this mod, or just me mucking something up in the install, but I can't interact with the screen in Kabuki. The quest marker is there, I can scan the screen, but when I walk up to it, there are no prompts.
I had the same issue (submitted bug report yesterday) but was able to remedy it by purchasing art from a random display in the overworld (the specific art were the 3 purchasable options in Lizzie's) and after I had bought those, I went back to the Kabuki display and was able to purchase from it and complete the optional objective for the quest. Theoretically something else could've fixed my bug, but I suspect it was my purchasing of art from a different display, and then trying again at the formerly bugged one.
Mod hasn't acknowledged Watson lockdown has lifted so not working beyond that for me. No issue on my first play through, not sure what has changed to prevent it from progressing properly.
