Made for modders in entirety, users shan't be worried with the intricacies.
But, for specificity and technical reference, the use of this is outlined:–
This mod is to be used to ensure lighting mods' edits take precedence over any per-location tweaks to affirm a uniform look across the whole game.
It employs ArchiveXL's new sector node deletion feature to cleanly delete any env parameter–triggering nodes from even being recognized by the game seamlessly and in a (relatively) bug-less manner.
This file only contains fixes for Dogtown.
Kudos to NeHooYeY for the bulk of the work, I just adapted his notes to Archive XL for version I and maintain this mod page. For version II, he is essentially the full creator; but I will answer any and all questions etc. Version: III, for Cyberpunk 2077 (2.12a)
