Microsoft Store PC Xbox version of the game
Installing QoLmod (Qualify of Life MOD) for Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 Microsoft Store “PC Xbox” version of the game.
If you have Steam version of the game, this document does not apply to your game.
lFollowing steps are needed to make 3rd party mods work with Xbox version:
Using UWPDumper to get game out of Microsoft Store folder
Install MelonLoader
Install QoLmod
Install additional mods
Let’s start with UWPDumper:
You will need TWICE the hard drive space what game uses, because you will dump all game files to new directory. (around 25 gigabytes)
Download UWPDumper tools from https://github.com/Wunkolo/UWPDumper/releases

Normal Update:
You can use this update method if you have not edited any mod files or have only edited QoLmod.cfg options.
Additionally, if you have not used the garage decoration feature.
Safely unzip the MOD zip file and overwrite all files.
No other action is needed.
Please note that QoLmod.cfg and ProfileMemory.dat files are safe and are never included inside the mod ZIP file.
After the first game launch with the new version, new config entries will be added to the QoLmod.cfg file.

You can use this update method if you have used the garage decoration feature or if you have a custom ExtraCarLoaderPlaces.cfg file.
Make a copy of the folder \Mods\QoLmod.

There are quite many features that need a little more info.
So I will try write some articles now and then to cover some of new features that are not very clear on first look.
In this post we will focus Fly Camera.
At the end of this post there will be some other features mentioned that are kind of related to this feature also.
Fly Camera is enabled by default.
There are two separate options and both are enabled by default:
useFlycameraonPhotomode (fly camere with photo mode)
addFlycameraModeOnTracks (fly camera when driving)
also there is flycamera on debug menu but will not focus on that.
