This unlocks the Completionist achievement (Complete all missions in Secret Armory)
The vanilla startup file overrides things in loose packages, which was one of the reasons we couldn't mod the base game. This is a stripped-down version that only has what's necessary to work properly.
This should be installed last just in case another mod has a partially stripped-down startup file.
