Permanent FOV fix and diagonal sprint rotation fix.

In BL1, if you run diagonally and turn the opposite way, you'll stop sprinting; this fixes that.
If you jump while sprinting, your FOV won't decrease.
Mordecai and Lilith melee zoom fix.
Sprinting with a high FOV works properly.
Permanently fix FOV.
This mod also makes it so the use key doesn't reload anymore.
This mod currently has presets for 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, and 140 FOV.

1st. Install Editable Basemaps by placing the WillowGame folder into:
2nd. Install the Startup file for mods by placing the CookedPC folder of that mod into:
3rd. For the FOV mod, download the preset you want, then place the CookedPC folder that's inside the downloaded zip into:
common\Borderlands\2nd. Install the Startup file for mods by placing the CookedPC folder of that mod into:
common\Borderlands\WillowGame\
