As of January 3, 2023, this mod works in U11 and its prefixes (U11.1, U11.2, and U11.3). This goes the same for every other mod unless these prefixes utterly change the way they work.

Any other sound effects mod that overwrites Blade & Sorcery's effects will conflict with this mod, including Ultraviolence Audio Overhaul.

If some effects are too loud or too quiet, post your concerns here on the forums. They are not considered bugs. If a lot of people share the same problems, I will consider fixing the issue, as every person and every home-listening setup is different.

If some effects are where they shouldn't be, follow the same instructions from the previous point above.

If you download this sound effects mod in conjunction with another, expect some problems and consider troubleshooting and solving it before you post a thread on here.

If you had downloaded this mod, I strongly recommend you downloading my other mod, Chivalry Medieval Warfare MegaPack (U11)!

Blade & Sorcery developers had done a fantastic job for their game. Though, I did want to experiment how different it would be if I had taken sounds from Chivalry: Medieval Warfare into Blade & Sorcery. So with some advice from a modder, I had made this SFX mod that are leagues better in a few areas; Decaps are much more satisfying, bludgeons and axe chops are interesting, and stabs pack-a-punch. I thought I'd upload it on here for others to experiment and enjoy.

I only changed the manifest file's version line of code, but haven't tested it in-game. I'm yet to download the new update because my internet is slow.

I only changed a manifest file to work for U12, but haven't tested it in the U12 version of the game. I'm yet to download the new update as my internet is quite slow.

Great Mod! I always liked chivalry, especially medieval warfare those were good times...

To suggest something to you: a music mod or a taunt mod would turn the game into a perfect chivalry parody :D , the only problem on my end is that Waltz of War doesn't seem to be playing for me idk why that is.

Anyways you have my endorsement and like!

      Thank you, m'lord.

I've been trying to get a music mod to work. But I had no success in it.

The best you could do is play Chivalry soundtrack in the background and mute in-game music volume.

The effect ''Effect_HitMaterialStone'' is bugged I think. When touching a wall with a sword or any stone surface a continues grinding noise plays. When I removed the effect it was solved.

Hm, I never had that issue. I'll most definitely look into it.

third this, i was really wondering if both soundpacks could be played, basically mixing up the sounds randomly, or if this would cause my pc to unalive

Ultraviolence Audio Overhaul will conflict with Chivalry: Medieval Warfare Sound Effects as they both use effects that share the same name. UAO introduces some effect groups, which CMW SFW does not have. However, there will be a conflict nonetheless.

Hey, just wondering, but how much do UAO and this mod conflict? Is the audio really weird?

tysm for much this, uao was getting so old and i couldn't switch to vanilla because the sounds are so dull and dry. This pretty gives me what I want, the sounds of uao and the feel of vanilla where the the slashing and stabbing doesn't feel too glorified, endorsed.

Ultraviolence Audio Overhaul is a good mod. I had tried it out before making this SFX mod, but I wasn't satisfied. I wanted to hear Chivalry: Medieval Warfare sound effects, but no one had made one. So I made one myself with some advice from a modder.
