Basically just 2 changes, one being that Aylin can no longer be disarmed. CX config customisation was cut for this release, might drop a beta config prior to 134.
Version 132
Grit and Glory - Injuries Exhaustion and Madness - MCM had undergone huge changes from the 2.0.0 version included in revision 131, if you're not the type to configure just know it's better, more balanced, more enjoyable.
Combat Extender has had lots of cleanup take place, as my and @Cahoot's absurd 6000 line text file, and my full 1-20 progressions for NPCs (WIP) begins to take precedence. In addition to cleanup there's some more cool things in there too I guess, I placed more of my custom passives with cooldowns/autocast etc.
Auto Loot Seller Added Injury Kits to the ignore list, removing them from the wares list wasn't good enough apparently. Injury Kits will no longer be automatically marked as wares.
Call Your Companions has a basic config included with unrestricted, but single use summoning of your companions for the final battle. Maybe we buff the big bad and let the fight be over the top or something.
Universal Feat Every X Level(s) - MCM is now enabled, but only for the sake of it overwriting any mods that would use weird feat progressions, such as Witch merging its 5e Spells support with feat progression changes; for some reason.
Version 130
Combat Extender config:
Pulled stuff from Listonomicon's latest config, sprinkles of spell and passive changes all throughout.
Extra actions for bosses all moved to overrides so it's curated properly, no more random bugbears beating your ass with 4 attacks a turn.
Dug up a number of entries for vanilla bosses not covered and some from MMM. Not too many creative changes, but some class archtypes were handed out, Kagha gets the same buffs as Shadow Druids, Nine Fingers gets Rogue buffs, etc.
Isobel isn't dumb with Sanctuary anymore, she will regain Sanctuary at the end of every second turn. This is an improvement over her having the vanilla spell as she won't cast Sanctuary then immediately break it for no good reason, outside of opportunity attacks and attacks on her following turn. Requires my 4.1 update of Goon's Passive Library for Combat Extender, otherwise she just won't have Santuary in any form.
Spider Queen no longer does the weird with invisibility, slight health adjustment, no Otto's Dance, all spells she cast use spider animations so she doesn't bug out. New custom invisibility.
Mayrina no longer has Magic Allergy.
The tutorial mind flayer fighting Zhalk has been given some defensive spells, Mirror Image and Shield to not get romped as quickly, without just turning him into a more bloated punching bag.
The thief trio by the beach below where you first find Astarion can use pull actions to prevent cheesing them with ranged attacks from the cliff's edge. If one of them gets you the fall is gonna hurt! Karma bitch!
NEW MOD! Attunement config:
Basic Attunement config, pretty much just Legendary and Very Rare items require it.
Version 129
Configs:
Many Combat Extender shamelessly plagiarised from @Ajax and Listonomicon. Such is the way of symbiosis.
I gave the spooder queen a new experimental Greater Invisibility with its own resource and custom cooldown, let me know how she uses it and if it's better than the previous invisibility she had access to.
No more shitty transparent windows in Mod Configuration Menu (MCM).
One less garbage warning to scare people because we're using the non-beta version of MCM.
Moved over to the MCM config for Expansion, also made it impossible to leave the Nautaloid at less than level 3 by reducing EXP requirements for levels 2 and 3 to 1 EXP. Removed EXP moved to levels 6 and 7 just as before.
Configs for True Range - 5e RAW using BG3 range caps of 30ft.
Speak with Dead Rework and Tweaks included a config to restore corpses not wanting to speak with their killers and question limits. Now the mod explicitely exists for the QOL of corpse highlighting, the recast spell, and being able to talk with damage corpses (because that's the most annoying part to meta game around, not using Fireball.) It would be nice if this mod, or one like it, had MCM support, something to look at in the future perhaps.
Disabled "R" key for EasyCheat with in-game UI (MCM)(SE)'s "Sidekick" menu.

Configs: Combat Extender: few tweaks, primarily to make the initial Grove fight less crazy.
Configs: Included a config for Auto Send Read Books To Camp as the default settings aint gonna be everyone's cup of tea. Read books will be sent to camp, only duplicate books will be marked as wares.
Configs: Did a really simple XP shuffle in Expansion to make level 3 very quick to attain, removed XP added to attaining levels 6-7.
Misc Patches: Squish many more bugs, including fixing all class icons.
Norbyte's BG3SE Configs now included here as a mod instead of being bundled with the collection so that my local settings don't turn on stuff like LUA Debugging for everyone.
Version 115.1
Forgot to have Sensible Ambushing disabled by default, it's there for testing and future use.
Version 115
Configs: Deactivated Preemptively Label Containers but tweaked the settings to my preference for if you want to use it. Currently will double up item counters in tooltips but also applies to hover tooltips.

Version 106
Configs: Combat Extender: Lifted all the overrides from the Listonomicon modlist, put them in order of location roughly enough. Threw a bunch of other shit in, removed the extra arbitrary damage from enemies and gave bosses an extra action. Plenty more to come, we finna go crazy on these overrides.
Configs: Infinite Turn Fix: The mod was updated but it's still disabled through configs because I didn't yet test it, you do you.
Version 105
Configs: Infinite Turn Fix: Disabled until the issues with reaction popups not stopping the timers is resolved.

Hope you enjoy you time with the collection!
This page houses stuff for Difficulty, Immersion, Quality, if you don't use the collection it's likely not relevant to you.
Load order:
BG3MM only. Extract the .json file to BG3ModManager_Latest > Orders folder.
Configs:
Vortex does not natively support the installation of these configuration files, must be manually installed by extracting the folder contents to C: > (User) > Appdata > Local > Larian Studios > Baldur's Gate 3.
Combat Extender Primarily boosting health and Ability Scores of enemies and less so derivative stats. Enemies have 5E Spells support. Overall this config should provide a very dynamic combat experience, where strengths and weaknesses are much more relevant than vanilla. Bring a balanced party of 4, and use all the tools at your disposal to overcome challenges.
More Reactive Companions Allows companions, origin characters, Durge and Tav to all have an equal chance of speaking when generic dialogue would take place during exploration.
Auto Loot Seller V3 config to automatically set junk items as Wares. That is literally all I want from this mod, sell price % being based on a config input over your ingame stats is lame. This is the best of both worlds, the perfect in-between. Soap and sponges should not be flagged as wares. Has not been updated to its MCM version, due to the latest versions not supporting removal of the bag.
Camp Event Notifications removes the exclamation mark above the player character's head when a camp event is ready to play out, you will instead get a non-intrusive status.
