I have not seen any activity on this mod in a while and I hope it has not been abandoned.
Regardless, I figured I would submit this feedback in hopes the author will adjust the mod and expand the number of upgradeable weapons available in the game.
The mod follows this pattern for upgrades. +0 - Uncommon +1 - Rare +2 - Very Rare +3 - Legendary
Anything that does not follow this path cannot be upgraded. Example, an +1 Uncommon weapon cannot be upgraded because +1’s are supposed to be Rare weapons.
My suggestion is to also adjust the rarity of weapons that do not follow the upgrade path. For example, the Hunters Shortbow is an Uncommon with a +1 enchantment and it cannot be upgraded, so change its rarity to Rare so it follows the mod’s upgrade path.

The anvils are actually added by the Framework, not this mod itself. Consult the article on that page for where they drop: (https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/articles/205) As the article says the Adamantine Anvil won't be in any vendors until act 2 and the platinum is in act 3. Makes sense to maintain balance and stay consistent with other gear that is available. Also if you showed up at later act vendors too under leveled they might not show too, since vendor pools are based on level. Emphasis on might on that second part, I don't know if the anvils are bound to a level based pool or not.
I hate to be that guy, but I either loaded the order wrong (but I checked and didn't see an issue) or I just haven't seen in the articles or video where to find the anvil's. Any help would be appreciated, as I'm doing my last thunder run of BG3.
