Unfortunately, with patch 6 there have been constant crashes. Right now, in the Emerald Grove, I'm repelling a goblin attack and on the very first AI turn, there's a crash...
Hi, sorry for newbie question. Can anyone tell me if my load order is correct? can i just install using vortex? also, is there a way to surefire know if the mods are working?

I don't know if you're order is correct, but you can use Baldur's Gate Mod Manager to create a proper load order even if you use Vortex to install your mods.
For some reason all of a sudden I am getting crashes with this mod in combination with your Enemies Enhanced. I had not had any issues before, everything was going smooth. Now in combat against the redcaps in the Blushing Mermaid, once their turn starts and one of them just begins to move, I crash. I tried with both mods individually, and they are working fine it seems when the other is not loaded. Together though I am getting this crash. Using the honour mode version of enemies enhanced. Let me know if you need my load order.

Ok so after some more testing I think it might have to do with certain enemies types starting their turns in and moving on damaging surfaces/difficult terrain in general. It is important that I noticed that the first two redcaps in my battle do not cause such crashes, it is the third. On the wiki apparently there are two types: the multiattackers and the sages. It is the sages causing the crashing which I guess classify as mages that get enhanced through this mod. I tried just ending my turn on all my characters without combat, and that did not cause a crash. Normally at the beginning of the fight I set up a wet surface with my druid when they wildshape (caused by some gear from Druid Wildshape Items) covering all the redcaps in the area. An attack from the druid or another character's weapon electrifies the whole water surface and once the redcap sage just begins to move on their turn, I get the ctd. Reloaded and tried some combat without creating water, did not cause a crash. Reloaded again created the wet surface without electrifying it and no crash. On the next turn I then electrified the surface and that caused a crash on the redcaps turn as usual. I then tried some reloads with other surfaces, here are ones that caused ctds that I have tested:
Electrified Water
Ice surfaces (from freezing the water created by my druid)
Burning surfaces (from alchemist's fire)
Spike growth
Plant growth
Acid surfaces
Poison surfaces
I stopped testing when it became clear that it was surfaces in general causing the issue.
Hey, just a heads up. When fighting Dror Ragzlin at the goblin camp, this mod was (possibly) causing the game to crash. I want to note that I am running a heavily modded setup - around 100 mods or so. But, out of all of those, only 3 would affect enemies. This mod, Vanilla Equipment Overhaul, and my own mod which overhauls the classes (and enemies who are those classes, too).
I don't think it's mine, only because we have fought several other Barbarian archetype enemies, who have utilized the changes I made with zero issues. Could be, but all I did was edit progressions, so I'm gonna guess that isn't it. So I believe it could be either a weird interaction between this and Vanilla Equipment Overhaul, or possibly just a small issue with this mod itself. The crash was consistent, and would happen almost any time he took his turn. Upon removing this mod, the crashes stopped.
Has anyone else had any problems like that? It's a little harder to diagnose properly since I'm using a pretty big mod list, but I figure it's good to go ahead and mention.
i've had crashes but I have no idea from what, climbing the ladder near minthara crashed my game on 2 different runs, but when i went back there it didnt crash, with this mod still installed, also crashed starting fights from long range in the creche, verified files and it no longer crashes, not sure if it is from this mod tho
